Endeavor Racing Kicks Off Planning for the Baja 1000

Team Prepares for the 40th Anniversary of the Tecate SCORE Baja 1000

There were plenty of burgers, dogs and cervesa for the team as we sat around the table planning our logistics for our next race. We had a hand drawn map of baja (shown here on the large white paper), and compared that against the comments made by Sal Fish regarding the planned course route. We laid out a rough draft our our plan, given the limited information we have at this point. In addition, we tossed around some ideas about some last minute mods to the racer that we are going try and get implemented prior to the race. The most important part of the evening, however, was just getting to know each other a little better. Some of us have never met before, and it's good to know the guys that are going to be with you during an event like this. I think we walked away feeling good about our team, and our chances to finish the race. The meeting also provided a good opportunity for some of the family friends and spouses to meet. Without their support, we'd not have the chance to pursue our dream!
